Fed Poly Nasarawa Post-UTME 2016: Eligibility, Screening And Registration details

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into ND full time programmes run by the Polytechnic in the 2016/2017 Academic Session as follows:

Eligibility
Candidates that have chosen the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa in the 2016UTME and scored the approved minimum cut-off points (180) and obtain the required credit pass in the appropriate subjects combination are eligible for post-UTME Screening.

Method of Application
Application forms are obtainable on successful payments on the Remita platform. Applicants may use their debit cards (Interswitch, Verve, Mastercard etc) or make cash payments at the bank to get an RRR-code to be used on the platform. A non-refundable fee is required as follows:

ND (Post UTME) 3,500

Candidates are to then proceed to begin their application process via this link: http://fedpolynasarawa.edu.ng/registration/application-steps/

Screening Details
Candidates are to print out their respective slips after registration. The slip should contain date and time schedule for screening.

KWASU 1st Batch Admission List 2016/2017 Released

The management of Kwara state University has released the 1st Batch of admitted candidates for 2016/2017 academic session.

Candidates are to follow the instructions below to check their admission status and proceed to make the necessary fees.

How To Check Your Admission Status
Candidates are to visit http://www.kwasu.edu.ng/portal/

1. Click on Login under POST-UTME Candidates

2. Provide your JAMB Registration Number and your Surname (as provided during registration) as Username and Password respectively

3. View you Admission Status and continue to payment

4. All newly admitted students MUST note that the following fees are COMPULSORY:
i. Acceptance Fee
ii. School Fee
iii. Hostel Accommodation Fee
iv. Departmental Fee
v. Handbook Fee
vi. Guidance and Counselling Fee
vii. Matriculation Gown Fee
viii. Change of Institution Fee (for candidates who did not make KWASU their first or second choice).

5. Admitted students MUST pay ALL their Fees within TWO WEEKS after admission has been given. Failure to pay will lead to the withdrawal of admission.

6. Note that all payments are to be made online from your registration/student’s portal.

7. You are required to download and complete the screening form placed on the University's website. The completed screening form should be taken along with the original and photocopies of your Results and Certificates of State/Local Government Citizenship to your College Officer for Admission Clearance.

Fed Poly Nasarawa Application Into Diploma, HND And Pre-HND Part-time Programmes 2016/2017

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into part-time programmes run by the Polytechnic in the 2016/2017 Academic Session as follows:

Entry Requirements

Polytechnic Diploma

At least four (4) passes including Mathematics, English Language and other relevant subjects (at the GCE O’ Level, SSCE or its equivalent)

Pre-HND

Ordinary Diploma or its equivalent in relevant discipline and five (5) Credits at not more than two sittings at the GCE O’Level, SSCE, or its equivalent in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language and any three relevant subjects.

HND Part-time

National Diploma (ND) in the relevant field from recognized Polytechnics with at least Lower Credit plus at least five (5) Credits in GCE O’Level, SSCE, or its equivalent in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language. The post ND working experiences are not required for admission in this respect.

Method of Application

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

HND: National Diploma (ND) in the relevant fields from recognized Polytechnics with at least Lower Credit plus at least five (5) credits in GCE O’Level, SSCE or its equivalent in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language, and minimum of one year post qualification industrial attachment.

Pre-ND: At least five (5) credits in the GCE O’Level, SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent in the relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language. Candidates will be required to sit and pass the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The programme is strictly for applicants from educationally less developed States i.e. Adamawa, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Benue, Borno, Cross River, Ebonyi, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Rivers, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara States

IJMB: Five (5) CREDITS at not more than TWO SITTINGS in relevant subjects to include both English and Mathematics.

UNIUYO Admission Screening Exercise 2016: Eligibility, Screening And Registration Details

The University of Uyo (UNIUYO) hereby invites application from qualified UTME candidates for admission into its full-time degree programmes for 2016/2017 academic session

Eligibility
Candidates who made the University their 1st choice in the 2016/2017 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and had a Minimum Score of 180 and above.

Procedure for Online Registration and Payment:
Eligible candidates should pay the sum of N2, 000 (Two Thousand Naira) only via Remita Platform.

(Click on e-portals link)
 Select Post UTME link and Click on Create Account Link
 Enter your details and click on Create Account Button
 Click on Make Payment
 Select Bank Option or Card Options
 Click on Pay Via Bank (Bank Option) or Pay Via eCard (Card Option)
 Click on Print e-invoice (To generate RRR# to make payment at any Bank Branch Nationwide)
 For card option, select the payment type and click pay, on the payment platform displayed,
 Enter your card details and click the “Pay” button
 After payment at the bank or via card, return to the portal and click on Login Form Link and enter your Remita Retrieval References Number (RRR) generated to complete your registration.

Requirements:
Candidates are required to come for the Screening Exercise with the following items:
 Four (4) copies of the UNIUYO 2016 online registration form duly completed with the photograph printed in colour.
 Four (4) copies of 2016 JAMB (UTME) Original Result Slip with passport photograph.
 (iii)Four (4) recent passport-size photographs on red background with the name, UTME registration number and signature of the candidates on the reverse side of the photographs. These should be packed in quarto-size
envelopes and labelled with name, department and JAMB registration number.

Screening Date & Details
The screening will commence July 5th and end July 20th, 2016.

Venue: Onyema Ugochukwu Hall, University of Uyo, Town Campus.

Note: Arrival time for each slot:
Slot/Time: Slot 1 (7am), Slot 2 (9am), Slot 3 (11am), Slot 4 (12:30pm), Slot 5 (1:30pm), each day.

Closing Date:
The closing date for the registration is Saturday, July 2, 2016 at mid-night
