These Foods Will Make Your ‘Tool’ Hard As A Rock!

Human civilization has always sought out all possible means to improve libido and increase sexual pleasure. People in ancient Greece even invented a unique name – aphrodisiacs. Most of such products are foods and herbs possessing the ability to increase potency.
This question is asked by every man at least once in his life. It is a well-known fact that a famous lover Giacomo Casanova used special means to have a good potency during his lifetime. He made a conclusion that proper nutrition could help to maintain a high level of libido.
Follow the advice of the great lover and turn your attention to useful products for potency.
Scientists have found that a menu of a sexual active man should include foods containing vitamins E, A and B. These vitamins are called “vitamins of reproduction”. Food for potency should include trace elements needed by the body: proteins, calcium, phosphorus, cholesterol, and potassium. All these substances are found in any of nuts, seeds, beans.
Which Foods are good for Potency?
Nuts: pistachios, peanuts, sesame seeds, walnuts, etc.;
Fruits: lemons, oranges, pomegranates, bananas, figs;
Vegetables: especially garlic and all kinds of onions. If you mix the onion with eggs, such food quickly restores drooping potency;
Spices and herbs: St. John’s wort, anise, purslane, cumin, mint, turnips. Boiled turnips with meat were a favorite dish of Russian warriors and not only of them. No wonder why there were so many children in Russia in ancient times.
Dairy products: cottage cheese, yogurt, cheese, sour cream. Add to your daily diet sour cream, and you will scarcely face male’s impotence.
Seafood: mussels, shrimp, oysters. Notorious Casanova ate a large number of oysters for breakfast every morning. This allowed him to have a stable potency even in old age.
Meat and fish: beef and flounder – are products that have a miraculous effect not only on the potency, but also on the whole body.
Sweet natural products. Honey, mixed with chopped nuts has a mighty force for the libido.
As you see, the problem of ED can be prevented. Just change your eating habits and add more healthy foods to your diet.

Say Goodbye To Bad Breath, Tartar And Plaque With This Home Dental Whitening Toothpaste.

Although it is well known that proper dental care is floss, mouthwash and brushing, which is not so well known are the incredible benefits of washing your mouth with coconut oil! Best known as ” oil pusher “, rinse mouth with one tablespoon of oil out and eliminates harmful bacteria that rot your teeth and cause bad breath.
Although this is growing in popularity today, it is actually an ancient Ayurveda medicine dating back 3,000 years. In addition to getting rid of harmful bacteria, coconut oil can also help keep teeth white.
The effects of using this recipe for toothpaste based on coconut oil are the prevention of tooth decay naturally, eliminating bad breath and reducing the risk of tooth decay and gingivitis. All these effects are the result of the antimicrobial power of coconut oil.
Keep in mind that some sites sell Coconut Oil for “cosmetic use”, which means, basically, that have lowered with a chemical product and therefore is not suitable for consumption.
We, from this site, we recommend using only virgin coconut oil, and in particular we like the Coconut oil brand because it has a wide variety, is certified and sold at a very reasonable price, below the other brands on the market.
Organic farming and sustainable harvesting Making homemade pasta teeth with coconut oil is very simple. Here are the instructions: Melt a couple of tablespoons of Virgin Coconut Oil (about 30 grams) in a bowl Add 3 tablespoons baking soda (about 45 grams)
Mix with a fork until the mixture becomes similar to commercial toothpaste paste following these three simple steps, we will have achieved a homemade paste tooth, in addition to providing the benefits of Coconut Oil It will be bleaching due to sodium bicarbonate.
This toothpaste can be used just as a commercial toothpaste. However, remember that coconut oil solidifies above 24-26 degrees, so some people may prefer to pull the remains in the trash instead of pipes. Actually, we have found that, to weigh less than water, oil floats and does not stick to the pipes.
However, please do not throw oil WHATSOEVER, through the pipes as a measure to preserve the environment. To get rid of bad breath, we must also use this paste for brushing the tongue. The antimicrobial power of coconut oil will kill bacteria living on the tongue and are responsible for bad breath.
Also, we will leave a very light and fresh scent of coconut and a feeling of freshness and cleanliness that few commercial toothpastes get, all with the benefits of not use powerful chemicals in our mouth. HOW TO GET RID OF TARTAR WITH ONE SIMPLE INGREDIENT

Tartar is a yellowish – brown calcified material formed on the surface of teeth. The accumulation of tartar determines the inflammation of the gum tissue. The medical term for this condition is gingivitis and the most common symptoms are inflammation and bleeding. Gingivitis can be reversed with good oral care, but if not controlled, and in absence of treatment can progress to periodontitis.
It is an inflammation of the tissue around the teeth, often causing shrinkage of the gums and loosening of the teeth, and can ultimately lead to tooth loss. The only way to avoid this unattractive teeth it is to brush your teeth after every meal which we all know is almost impossible.
Most of you probably visit the dentist in order to address this issue. However, many people can’t afford dental care because of the high prices. Luckily, there are many homemade recipes, prepared with natural ingredients that can be used in order to take care of your teeth.
Just keep in mind this is more a preventative measure and will not eliminate tartar as fast as your dentist will once you have a build-up.
Here is the method to help you maintain your lovely smile:
Ingredients:
40 grams nutshells
1 cup of water
Preparation:
– Put the nutshells in a pot with water and boil the mixture for 20 minutes.
– When cool, strain, then soak your toothbrush in this liquid.
– Brush your teeth for 5 minutes.
– Repeat the treatment 3 times a day and in 7-14 days approximately the plaque should disappear.
We really hope you enjoyed this article and make sure you share it with your friends and family.

JAMB Is Withdrawing The 40 Marks – Please Recheck Your JAMB Result
We have received complaints from JAMB candidates that the much
publicized 40 marks purportedly added to candidates' scores especially
those that wrote on the 27th and 29th of February has been withdrawn as
the board has revealed that it was actually a technical bug.
Candidates are therefore advised to re-check their scores as to be sure of the right step to take.
For instance, if you are one of those who initially received the 40 marks, now that it has been deducted, your score may likely fall below the cut off mark of your choice institution or course which implies that you may need to go for a JAMB Change of Course and Institution.
It is obvious that some candidates must have exceeded the number of times that they are suppose to check for their results free on JAMB portal. For such candidates your only option now is to get your JAMB Original Result Slip (the one that has your passport photograph on it).
As a matter of fact, every candidate is advised to get his or her JAMB Original Result Slip as this will be needed during admission processing.

List of Universities that Accept Combination of O’Level Results
I learnt that so many prospective applicants do not have all the credits
they need in one sitting in either WAEC, NECo, NABTEB, GCE. As a result
of this, many of them may need to combine two sittings either from the
same exam (WAEC & WAEC, WAEC & NECO, NECO & NECO, WAEC &
NABTEB and so on).
Unfortunately, not all universities in Nigeria accept a combination of O’level result. So, you may need to research on those schools that accept it before you apply if you are planning to combine your result.
To ease to stress, I have compiled the list of all Universities that accepts combination of O’level results. We have done in-debt research that discovered that they do accept it.
See the names of universities that merges WAEC and NECO result to get into school.
Of course, the list is not complete and we will be updating it regularly once we are able to verify other schools. However, if you know any school that accepts two sitting of o’level result but not listed here, endeavour to submit it in the comments section below. We will be glad to add them accordingly.
