Mutual Understanding and Trust A Threat To Break Ups

The rate at which young couples today seeks divorce is extremely growing beyond control. It should not be a surprise if kids of today begin to grow with the mentality that divorce is part life.

Youths often jump into relationships today and after sometimes call it quit due to some reason that are not genuine,I began to wonder how possible it will be for such people to maintain a marriage if they can barely date for a year before quitting. Research and observations has showed forth understanding and trust a threat to divorce.

May I put it to you that in most cases, how and where couples meet determine how far they will go. One inevitable fact about life is that everyone can never show/do what you expect from them. This necessitate the fact that you need to understand others temperament so has to know how to relate with them.

The way you will take things, react to them or approach them is not the way I would, but immediately you understand me, you can never have problem with me. The bed rock of modern day divorce is lack of trust.

Some couples still doubt what they are capable of doing, they read meanings to every step their companion takes and thereby create unnecessary tension for themselves. I find it very funny when I see couples fight each other on the street and after been settled still walk on the same street holding each other,do you have an understanding of the perspective from which people will view them?

If your relationship will last and divorce will be scared off, there is high need for you to understand you spouse and trust him. So many homes has broken on the term “I heard he/she is cheating on me” or “why are you always like this?”

You should learn to call your spouse to a round table and discuss matters hanging around the corridor, drag them in and trash them out and watch thing grow better.

SOME OTHER FACTORS THAT SUSTAINS A
RELATIONSHIP ARE:

» Display of maturity in approach to situations

» Avoiding external interference

» Patience

» Being observant

» Avoid the “quit” mentality

» Give attention to each other

» Fill in for each other always and at everywhere.

If an individual finds it difficult to maintain his relationship of control his family and is seeking to be a leader somewhere,he had better call it quit because you not been able to pull together a relationship and sustain it can never qualify you to rule an organization, local government, state or country.

Ten Amazing Factors That Constitute Your Inner Beauty

The concept " inner beauty " has been a general term used by virtually everybody to discern a good or bad personality.

Most of us are familiar with this word, we even use it often times but are blank about the meaning.

Its is very important you know that the major part of your personality is your inner man because everything you exhibit for people to see is the product of what is inside.

I will like to digress a little to a general thing we often argue about when it comes to issues like this relating to relationships.

•Some will say outer beauty doesn't matter asfar as there is inner beauty,

• On the contrary, some say importance of the outter beauty supersede that of inner.

Lol, well it is an individual thing, your view of things might negate mine but to be frank, the inner beauty is something of great importance.

To buttress this, I will like to correct this mentality that we often have that inner beauty is only attributed to ladies. Point of correction, it is for all.

Irrespective of your gender, when people look at you, they tend to see beyond your visible person and take it or you leave it, there is no way you can hide you inner person. At one point or the other you will definitely exhibit it.

What Constitutes Your Inner Beauty

1. Patience,

2. Love,

3. Endurance,

4. Maturity(not by age but by understanding)

5. Kindness,

6. Humility,

7. Goodness,

8. Concern For Others,

9. Perseverance,

10. Dependable and Trustworthy.

There are more to this add yours and become a better person.

Top Effective Ways To Live 90% Of Your Life Without Regrets.

At some point or the other in your life, it is very much certain that you will look back and wish you never said or did somethings.

I could have titled this article " Top Effective Ways To Live 100% Of Your Life Without Regrets." but to be frank with you,I will only be hyping you because regrets are in evictable in life, the gravity might just be different.

You as a person reading this article might have done somethings or made some mistakes that has affected you or is affecting you presently, negatively. There might be a way to getting out of it but this article will help you not to fall into another.

Regrets is one bad factor in life that weakens you, sometimes it defines your end. May I quickly put it to you that there are two major types of lessons you learn in life and they are,

1. Learning To Correct and

2. Learning In Regrets.

I will want you to get this today that there are some mistakes you make, actions you take, words you say that immediately you create them wrongly, corrections can never be made.

When you were much more younger, you might have accidentally deeped your hand into a burning candle light and got hurt but in that process you were able to learn never to try it again because you hand were still intact. That was a lesson you learnt and could still amend but assuming the hand got burnt, then that is the perfect definition of learning in regrets because no amendment can be made again.

The most rampant word people use to show their state of regret is "had I know", some might be correct saying this, they might have fallen into the mistake as a result of poor orientation or awareness but the reverse is the case in the life of most of us. Most of the terrible mistakes most of us make that leads to regrets are been triggered by some of the following factors below;

» Carelessness

» Over Confidence

» Lack Of Self-control

» Poor Decision Making

» Wrong Consultation

» Dwelling More On Assumption

» Negligence

» Waving Of Corrections etc.

So many people after making a terrible mistake starts crying and depressed not because they where not advised before their actions but because they just want to please their self. Living a life free from regrets can best be attained by being concious of most of the actions you take.

May I briefly deviate a little, I will like to quickly disclose to you Three Major Angles From Which Regrets Comes In Most Cases.

1. Decision Making,

2. Actions,

3. Speech.

1. Decision Maiking :-

Sometimes after some years when tend to recall some decisions we made and kind of wish we did not.

Decisions should not be credited at the instance of its making untill the result is seen and certainly good. Most people has rendered their relationship life useless today because of the decision they made years ago.

So many people has become psychologically affected and emotionally robbed due to the situation they made and latter start regretting it.

Some has ended up nailing theirself unknowingly through the rash decision they made and when outcome begin to manifest, they begin to exclaim "had I know"

Most student get affected by this in admission decision making, when they are suppose to come down and pick the right choice, they go astray because of the points highlighted above and at the end of all when not admitted, they now begin to wish they had gone another way.

2. Action :-

Most of us are guilty in this aspect. Lots of people has been completely nailed by their actions. At the instance of taking actions, we do it without having the result in view. If we seriously check into what our actions might result in to, we won't do most things we do.

Most people would have finished fighting their helper before regretting their actions.

Most people would have finished concluding on a situation before they know they have implicated theirself.

Most people would have finished bursting things before they realise they have kept their on life on the line in the process.

3. Speech :-

The words you say are as vital as a life. So many people utter words without thinking and sets their future on fire through it. I read an article on nairaland earlier today on a guy who had earlier insulted a man on an online forum. He happened to be dating the mans daughter and on his first visit to the ladies house, he met the man and they related well not knowing they where at logger head online.

The guy happened to leave his laptop at the girls house and went out but on getting back, the man had already gone through the system and discovered the guy. On the guys arrival, the man stated the issue and sent the guy away totally.

You must be ever concious of what you say because they mostly leave the present and go to hide in the future waiting for you.

Practical Guides On How To Avoid Living A Life Of Regrets :-

• Be Ever Concious Of What You Say and Do,

• Be Ever Concious On The Conclusions You Make,

• Never Act Base On Asumption,

• Always Analyse The Outcome Of Every Decision Before Taking It,

• Shun Over confidence,

• Always Be Yourself In Every Circumstance.

• Never Underrate People No Matter The Age,

• Always Work and Walk With The Future In Mind.

There are more to this, you can drop yours and meet the need of someone here.

Four Basic Marketing Tools Business owners Needs To Employ

Every business owner has the greatest priority of seeing his business grow. When a business retains it normal state after many years of establishment without making visible progress, there is every need for the business owner to take up another line of business or take up a check on the business.

Most businesses has crashed as a result of poor marketing tactics and the inability to Identify their level/ status in the consumer market. No matter how small or big the business you are entering into is,the need for proper marketing tools cannot be overemphasized.

How would people know what you do?

How do you attract you consumers?

There are four major marketing tools which I will discussed below.

MAJOR MARKETING TOOLS

» Place

»Product

» Price

» Promotion

PLACE

Plant location is one vital aspect of business where most business investors are making a hell of mistake. You need to understand that not everywhere suits our business. If you must effectively market your business, there is every need to always plant it where it is needed.

Consumers these days often finds it difficult to walk too long to get a product and and as a result opt-in for a close substitute while you are there with your goods or services loosing its value. It will be rather uncalled for to set up an umbrella wholesale firm in an environment where there are little or no cloth retail outlet.
So where you set up your business realy matters as it determines the amount of patronage you will get.

PRODUCT

This is also an important marketing tool,in fact the most important. The major reason why dangotes products keeps dominating the market is because they meet the satisfaction of the consumer. Any service or goods that you will offer to the market must be able to meet the main purpose of its purchase and through this,it markets itself.

Away from the ability to satisfy the consumers,it must be well packaged. It is very funny to know that people often get attracted by the outward appearance of what they see in most cases neglecting the content. You must be able to package your goods well and if its services, thesame game is to be played.

PRICE

The fact that most people shy away from good or services offered at high prices shouldn’t be a thung of surprise.

Consumers tend to go for cheaper products and it is in most cases a platform for firms to gain the consumers trust. If you must dominate the market, you must make sure that the price of your goods or services does not exceed the value or quality of the goods or services excessively.

PROMOTION

Promotion refers to raising customer awareness of a product or brand, generating sales, and creating brand loyalty.

Promoters have used newspapers, special events, endorsements, Promotions can be held in physical environments at special events such as concerts, festivals, trade shows, and in the field, such as ingrocery or department stores.

Interactions in the field allow immediate purchases. The purchase of a product can be incentive with discounts (i.e., coupons), free items, or a contest. This method is used to increase the sales of a given product.

Nurturing a business to the highest climax is not a problem but there are certain principles to be adhered to and patience should be held along side.

Two Major Factors To Consider When Setting Goals

Goal setting in life is a crucial thing one must take important because it is what defines your present and your future. When a man refuse to have a futuristic arrangement for his life, then he is bound to have a disorganized future.

Goal setting in life doesn't just stop at the starting, it is the ability to attain it that counts. There is a great distance and difference between setting a goal and achieving it. Setting a goal of becoming great is not the issue but achieving it. I have seen people with luxury of goals and determination and at the end unable to achieve them.

There has been various minds made up to achieve great things but ending up achieving nothing, not because the zeal is not there or the passion absent but because there are some important things that has not been discovered, considered and defined.

A goal is like a GPS in life. It gives you direction and helps you choose where to go in life. It gives you a vision about your ideal future and to turn it into reality. When you have achieved the goal, you improve your life and become a better version of yourself.

In this post, I will be discussing two vital things that determines the extent of your goal and I will like us all to take it very important. Making your goals a reality goes beyond the usual view of it. There is a great need to discover two major things which are :-

Your Strength and, your Weakness.

When an individual is able to identify his strengths and weaknesses, little are the things he will have to struggle with in life. If you will be sincere with yourself at least for once, you will admit that there is no one without his own shortcomings. Identifying your strength and weakness is one thing that is very important in academics and career.

Let's become practical now, take a stroll to the past and consider the last pursuit you made and didn't achieve.

Frankly speaking, if you had discovered your strength and also identified your weaknesses you will notice it would have been a success.

Before I begin to dwell on the two key points, I will like to site an example from my personal experience. During one of my semesters in school, I had an GP of 4.24 while the highest in my department had 4.40 I got interested in what made him score higher that I did, so I went to check the score board where I discovered we both had 6 distinctions but due to my weakness in account and mathematics, he got higher grade than I did.

Not discovering this two parameters can surely destroy a whole lot of plans and note, you must never focus on one than the other.

1. Your Strength :-
There is no one without his own strength and the most interesting thing is that our strength differs in most cases. When an individual is able to identify his strength, he makes things easy for himself and save the stress of roaming around one single thing he has at his reach.

To attain your pursuit in life, you must know your capacity and ability, your level of endurance, smartness and accuracy.

2. Your Weakness :-
When you fail to discover your weakness, it will catch up on you in a way you least expect and might cause a lot of damage. Identifying your weakness tells you where more you need to work and focus.

The major reason why your admission has not been possible is because you have not sat down to spell out where you are weak, same goes to the reason why you have not gotten a job or able to run your business well.

Your weakness does not have to do with physical defects but things you are not good at doing.

Below is list of areas People Experience weaknesses;

. Academics
. Finance
. Communication
. Non challant attitude
. Inability to control yourself
. Shyness
. Fear
. Addiction etc.

Yours might be here try to work on it and see yourself lunching into your goal.

Closing Date For JAMB Change of Course/Institution for 2016

Due to some hitches experienced on JAMB change of course and institution portal lately, the 2016 JAMB Change of Course and Institution has been extended.

However, this extension may not be long. We believe it may likely come to a close on Friday 13th, May 2016 and even if there's going to be any extension, it may not be more than 1 week from the stated date.

We understand that many candidates are waiting to know the cut-off marks of their respective institutions before making the decision on whether or not to go for change of course and institution. However, many of this institution usually wait until announcing their post-UTME sales of forms to make known their cut-off marks.

If you wait that long, you may have only succeeded in putting yourself in an unfavourable position because change of course and institution would have been very much over by that time.

So what you should rather do is make your decision based on the previous Post-UTME cut off marks of these institutions and effect the necessary changes immediately.

Please DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE.
