Wash Your Face With Coconut Oil Every Day and Watch What Happens To Blemishes And Wrinkles

Although the most of you use coconut oil as a healthy kitchen stale, you need to know that it can also be extremely useful as a skincare product.
This superior beauty product can promote the health of your skin and can be used as a substitute for all those expensive products you buy and are rich in chemicals and toxic compounds.

The coconut’s scientific name is Cocos nucifera. Numerous traditional cultures appreciate the coconut palm, as it is a source of food, as well as medicine.
Namely, it is also known as “The Tree of Life.”Its oil is a refined product, extracted from the meat or kernel of mature coconuts. The only real “unrefined” coconut oil is the one included in a fresh coconut’s meat, just picked off the coconut palm. The ‘’extra virgin oil’’ is, in fact, the least refined type of coconut oil.
This oil mainly includes saturated fats with large quantities of medium chain fatty acids, and a good percentage of the fatty acid is, in fact, lauric acid. Furthermore, it also includes vitamin E, which prevents damage to the skin due to free radicals.
The difference between coconut oil and mineral oil
You need to be aware of the fact that coconut oil and mineral oil are not the same. Coconut oil is from the coconut fruit, as we previously mentioned.
On the other hand, mineral oil is a substance with no odor or color, produced from a mineral, non-vegetable source, in most cases, from petroleum.
This oil is included in various products like ointments, baby lotions, pesticides, cosmetics, facial creams, electrical components, wood preservatives and hydraulic fluid. It has been primarily utilized as a mechanical lubricant before the invention of synthetic oils.
The biggest organ in the human body is our skin, and it eliminates toxins, together with the kidneys. Therefore, if the skin is not able to breathe, it won’t be able to perform its function, and this will have a result in the health.
Therefore, the use of mineral oil on the body may have adverse effects, since it will attract the moisture from the cells located deep in the skin, and will thus lead to damage of the connective tissue, deceleration of the cell renewal and a breakdown of collagen. In this way, the skin will prematurely age.
On the other hand, coconut oil nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Because it is rich in fats, it will help in the case of some skin issues, and it will prevent acne, reduce rashes and quickly heal wounds.
Due to its high anti-inflammatory properties, it will effectively soothe numerous types of skin ailments. You may think that the application of oils on the skin will lead to clogged pores and cause acne and an oily complexion.
Yet, coconut oil is a miraculous oil that does not contain water or petroleum by-products which will clog the pores.
Actually, it will soften and hydrate the skin since it penetrates deeply into the skin. Therefore, it will eliminate dirt and dead skin cells and will promote a healthy complexion.
Note that depending on your lifestyle, beauty habits and diet, at the beginning of its use, it may increase acne as it eliminates the impurities from the skin. Yet, if you continue using it regularly, it will gradually reduce acne and will eventually eliminate them.
These are the benefits of coconut oil for your skin:
Reduces Acne
Coconut oil contains fatty acids that contribute to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. In this way, this miraculous oil will preserve your pores free of dirt and will reduce acne.
Moreover, it will also relieve inflammation that commonly accompanies severe acne, and will soothe the dry red skin caused by acne. It also contains vitamin E, which will prevent skin damage, due to its strong antioxidant capacity.
Note that you must combine the coconut oil treatment with proper nutrition as a method to reduce acne both, from the inside and outside of your body. In this way, you will make your skin healthy, strong and radiant.
Cleanses and Tones Skin
This amazing oil will effectively moisturize and cleanse your skin. You can also use it as a makeup remover. You need to put a bit of coconut oil on a cotton ball and gently wipe the areas to remove makeup. Afterwards, you skin will be soft and hydrated.
Soothes and Conditions Skin
It leaves the skin smooth and soft, as it is absorbed quickly. Hence, after washing your face in the morning and the evening, apply some coconut oil.  Moreover, it also has a fantastic effect on your hands and feet, and it is excellent while doing a massage.
To feel all the skin benefits of coconut oil for your face here is how to use it: You need to use a high-quality cold-pressed virgin coconut oil with a pleasant coconut smell.
How to use:
You need to wash your wash with water twice a day, in the morning and the evening, and then gently dab dry, but do not rub. Afterwards, you can apply some rosehip seed oil, but it is not necessary.
Next, lightly rub coconut oil over the face suing your fingertips. This treatment will significantly enhance the quality of your skin, leaving it smooth, radiant and hydrated.

It contains two incredible efficient ingredients, baking soda and coconut oil. Sodium bicarbonate is a powerful and versatile ingredient that can be used in numerous various ways.

It is used in the preparation of homemade baked goods, for household uses like deodorizing and polishing agent, as well as for cleaning, instead of harmful and toxic household cleaners.
Despite this, baking soda is used as a cosmetic product for hair, teeth, and skin. It is amazing in the treatment of acne, as it is an amphoteric compound and thus balances the pH balance of the skin and prevents their occurrence since pH imbalance is the leading cause of acne.

Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon of aluminum- free baking soda

Utilising Your Idle Time Productively

One thing I have come to notice about life is that everything you need to make it successful is right before you. All that is required of you is to tap into it. Every single second of your life counts and that is why you can't afford to spend it doing things that are not fruitful.
Getting engaged in something productive at every point in time gives better hope and draws you nearer to you aims and objectives.

The different between a rich man and a poor man is not the lack of opportunity but the in ability to utilize the opportunity thereby preferring to sit down idle.

It is my heart desire to disclose some vital things you can do when you have nothing to do. To be frank and sincere with one another, times that you will be idle cannot be out ruled but there are some productive things you can do with it.
Most people prefer to while away their time in enjoyment and all stuffs because they depend on others, but I will tell you that nothing can be as good as being independent. You don't have to sit somewhere and look up to people for everything, be your own boss.

I term idleness as not having something productive to do. One might be busy doing something but when I see it is not going to yield any good result at the end, it is as good as being idle.

Anytime you find yourself not doing anything, either
• You are free at work
• Free in school or
• You naturally don't have what you do before

1. Seat Back And Assess Yourself :-
May I put it to you that this is the best time to assess yourself. When a man fails to assess himself, he cannot go far, why ?
» You need to seat to know where you are coming from,
» Where you are
» Where you are going
» How close or far you are to you pursuit.

Definitely at this point lot of solution will be deduced and you will know you progressive and productive rate. This is one thing you can do that will make your idle period a productive one.

2. What Do You Need To Keep On Keeping On ? :-
After the first stage comes this. You need to look at how you can improve yourself. This is the best time to detect what you need to get even better. You know what you are lacking; you also get to map out how you will get yourself engaged so has to create for yourself a better living.

3. Unleash Various Ideas :-
This is the best time to start pouring on your table different ideas. You need to begin to reason both far and wide. Start seeing yourself getting greater and in the process try thinking of more investment you can venture into even while doing your normal job. You don't have to be everywhere at a particular time, you can delegate people and just get feed backs.

4. Make The Move :-
Do more than think; Effect it
Do more than plan; Act
Do more than reason; Practicalise

After taking all the previous steps I mentioned, you need to act because a plan without an action is as good as nothing. Creating wealth start from somewhere which is the ideas concealed in your heart.
What time do you have to unleash these ideas? It is now that you have nothing doing, get a pen and a book and strategise. Time they say waits for no man and a time wasted can never be regained.

Man Arrested For Impersonation In The Ongoing 2016 UTME

A man has been arrested in connection with impersonation in the ongoing Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination Conducted by JAMB.

According to reports, the man was caught attempting to sit for the examination for a girl.

While speaking on the issue of impersonation, the JAMB Registrar, Professor Dibu Ojerinde, said that the issue of malpractice has been drastically reduced. However impersonation is still a major problem.

"people want to come in and do the exams for others. However, the fingerprints of candidates are scanned at the entrance and their pictures appear on the computer and you can’t escape that. We caught some impersonators in Anambra or Imo State. They swapped seats, we saw a girl on the screen and a man sitting." He said.

Highest JAMB Score In 2016

A student by the name Ibrahim Shamwifu from Kogi state has broken JAMB record with a score that might not repeat in 10 years.
JAMB UTME results for the 2016 CBT is rolling out as the board is doing their best to have the results delivered to the candidates as fast as possible.

The student  has shattered JAMB score record with a UTME Score of 399 of 400, what a genius!
Nigerian students won’t stop surprising the world with their display of academic excellence. It was the other day that a student of UNILAG graduated with a CGPA of 5.0.

This should be the highest JAMB Score this 2016 UTME. A summary of the result is;

Use of English = 99
Physics = 100
Biology = 100
Chemistry = 100

Giving a total of = 399

The student is going for medicine and surgery in ABU.

Even without yet concluding the exam, it is far to say this would be the highest ever recorded.

Senate Reduces Cost of JAMB Form, Extends UTME Result Validity

Report reaching us has it that the senate has passed a resolution which stipulates that the registration fee for Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination conducted by JAMB yearly will henceforth stand at Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira (2,500) as against the current Five Thousand six hundred and fifty Naira (5,650)

This followed the adoption of the report of the Senate Committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFund on the inquiry into the new JAMB admission policy.

Other resolutions reached include that the validity of the UTME Result be extended to three academic sessions and that other JAMB services like the change of Course and institution be made free.

The senators also resolved to amend the JAMB Act to reflect the new resolutions.

The question now is; will JAMB be willing to comply with these resolutions? So while we commend the senate for these resolutions, we equally urge them to ensure that JAMB implement them because that's what truly matters.

Paper-Pencil Test Could Be Re-introduced in UTME - Minister Of Education

The Minister of Education, Mallam Adamu Adamu has expressed concern over thousands of Nigerians who are disqualified from participating in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for not being computer literate.

According to him, the paper-pencil could be re-introduced until such a time more Nigerians, especially those in rural communities become computer literate.

In his words, "I seem to be very comfortable and happy with what they are doing. But my question has not been answered; that there are many people who are not computer literate, so, what do you do with them. I do not have reservation about CBT but sympathy for those who are not computer literate and there are many of them.

When asked if he was suggesting that the Board re-introduce paper-pencil mode of examination alongside CBT, he said, "I think so; for some time. But certainly the future is for computer."

The minister, however, said he was satisfied with the conduct of the CBT mode of the examination so far, adding that he was glad the board has addressed most of his concerns and other Nigerians.
