NOUN 16th Matriculation Ceremony Postponed

This is to inform the public that the 16th Matriculation Ceremony of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) earlier scheduled to hold July 30th, 2016 has been postponed.

The new date is now Saturday 3rd September, 2016.

FUTO Admission Screening 2016: Eligibility, Screening And Registration Details

This announcement is for the benefit of all candidates who chose Federal University of Technology, Owerri
(FUTO) as their first choice Institution in the 2016 University Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) and scored 180 and above.

1. Online registration commences on Friday, 29 July, 2016 and ends on Friday 12 August, 2016. Those who
fail to register within the period WILL NOT be screened. To register, follow the steps outlined below:

a) Visit the University website: www.futo.edu.ng
b) Click on Prospective students.
c) Click on “Click to Apply” under 2016/2017 Admission Screening Application.
d) Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
e) Select your payment mode (Generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number to pay at any bank or simply
pay with your bank ATM card).
f) Proceed to any bank for your payment with your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).
g) Return to the Application page and enter your JAMB Registration number again.
h) Proceed with the completion of the form.
i) Correctly enter your O'Level results.
j) Upload CLEAR COPIES of 2016 UTME Result, O'Level results, First School Leaving Certificate, Birth
Certificate, and Local Government Identification.
k) Confirm your entries.
l) Submit your application.
m) Print out your acknowledgement slip.
n) Await the announcement from the University.
2. Eligible candidates would be required to pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Naira
(N2,500.00).

NOTE:
1. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for future communications.
2. Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his screening application online would automatically lose
his/her chance of being considered for admission.
3. Any candidate who supplies false information will be disqualified.

AAUA Admission Screening 2016: Eligibility, Screening And Registration Details

This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission to Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State, for the 2016/2017 academic session that the Admission Screening Exercise has commenced.

Candidates eligible for the screening are:
Those who made Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko their first choice of University in the 2016/2017 UTME and scored 180 and above; and
Direct Entry candidates who chose AAUA as their first or second choice University.
All eligible candidates are to visit the University website www.aaua.edu.ng to register for the screening exercise as from 26 th July, 2016 after the payment of N2,500.00 (Two thousand five hundred Naira only) at any branch of the banks listed below via e-tranzact:

Wema Bank
Skye Bank
Access Bank
Zenith Bank
Eco Bank

Candidates are requested to collect bank-generated receipts at the point of payment, which will contain receipt number and confirmation code for the on-line registration.

Guidelines to Candidates for On-line Registration
i. Candidates should log on to the University portal and click on 2016/2017 ADMISSION SCREENING
ii. Candidates are to obtain a print-out containing the confirmation order number from the Bank upon payment of N2,500:00 only using your JAMB Registration Number.
iii. Candidates are to proceed to the Registration website (ase.aaua.edu.ng) to confirm payment and continue with the admission screening registration.

General Instructions to all Candidates
i. Candidates are advised to correctly upload their results and any other required information on the portal.
ii. Any falsification of results by candidates will lead to disqualification.
iii. Candidates are to click on "Admission requirements" to check on O’Level requirements for their course of choice.
iv. Candidates are advised to read the O’Level requirements of their courses and select the right FIVE subject combinations for their courses which must include credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
v. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O’Level requirements.
vi. AAUA accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB results.
vii. Candidates awaiting results should upload such results as soon as the results are released but not later than 30th September, 2016.
viii. It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the screening exercise to enable the University to capture all relevant entry requirements for the admission exercise.

Eligibility

Method Of Application

3. Click - "Register New UTME Screening Account"
4. Fill the form opened to create UTME/DE Screening Account

e. Choose entry mode(UTME or DE)
5. Click "Register"
6. Click "Click to proceed"
7. Click pay to proceed tab (Fill the Remita form and choose Remita Pay for payment type, make sure you copy the reference number)
8. Print invoice (RRR invoice)
9. Go to any of the following banks( ACCESS, DIAMOND, FCMB, GTBank, Keystone, Skye, Sterling, Stanbic IBTC, Wema and Zenith) with your RRR invoice and make your payment.
10. After making payment, go back and log in to the site with your Username(e-mail address) and password
11. Click - "Click to Proceed"
12. Click - "Edit"
13. Continue with your registration
14. Click - "Submit when completed"
15. Click - "Submit again to confirm completion".
16. Upon successful completion, the message "Application Submitted successfully it cannot be altered. Thanks" will be displayed.

UNN Announces Resumption Of Academic Activities At The Enugu Campus

Senate at its 387th Emergency Meeting held on Monday, July 25, 2016 approved the resumption of academic activities and return to campus by students at the Enugu Campus of the University.

To this end, all undergraduate students of Enugu Campus are advised to visit the UNN website: www.unn.edu.ng and log in to their portal and work with the FLOW CHART as published, for re-admission on payment of the reparation fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only,

PLEASE NOTE:

It is mandatory that ALL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS at the Enugu Campus of the University COMPLY with the Process Flow for return to the campus as directed.

Admission into Hostels and Classrooms will be strictly based on proof of compliance with directive on the FLOW CHART.

The portal opens for processing on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 while academic activities START on Monday, August 08, 2016.

It would be recalled that the students of the University (Enugu Campus) last month staged a protest which led to the closure of the campus.

PROCESS FLOW FOR UNEC STUDENTS RETURN TO CAMPUS
• Students log in to their portal
• Click on Reparation fee
• Click on Generate invoice.
• Select session and print out invoice.
• Take invoice to any of the designated banks and make payment on the Remita platform using your generated RRR.
• Bring printout back to the portal.
• Click on Pay reparation fee.
• Enter RRR and Submit.
• Print your receipt
• Print Affidavit template which will be sworn to in the High Court of Enugu State of Nigeria.
• Print Approval letter which will be duly signed by the following:
• Your Parent.
• Deputy Chief Security Officer, UNEC
• Hall supervisor (for those resident in the hostel)
• Dean Student Affairs.
• HOD.
• Close.
NOTE:
You must produce all these documents duly signed before you will be allowed entry to the hostel and department.

UNN Extends Admission Screening Registration Deadline 2016/2017

The management of University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN) wishes to inform the public as follows;

1. The on-going on-line screening process advertised by the University of Nigeria is for all candidates who made UNN their first choice and who scored 200 and above.

2. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has already sent to UNN list of all the candidates who made UNN their first choice and who scored 200 and above.

3. Please note that only candidates that have been screened through our on-line application would be considered for admissions into UNN.

4.Candidates should also note that the closing date for the screening exercise has been extended by one week to end on 2nd August, 2016.
