GENERAL ENTRY REQUIRMENTS
A) To be eligible for admission into the four-year disciplines and five or six-year professional programmes, candidates must possess a minimum of five credits at the GCE/WAEC, SSCE/NECO, or SSCE/NABTEB certificate examinations, which must include English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
In addition, candidates seeking admission into Law must possess at least a credit pass in Literature in English. Candidates awaiting GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB results are also encouraged to apply provided the results would be available by September 2015 when the new session commences.
B) Candidate may also seek admission into the 200 level of the degree programmes with the following qualifications:
i. Passes in at least two subjects at the Advanced level and an additional subject at the subsidiary level in the General Certificate of Education Examination. The subjects must constitute a suitable preliminary to the intended courses.
ii. Diploma/NCE at credit level pass and above in the appropriate subjects from a recognized institution.
iii. IJMB in the appropriate subjects.
iv. First Degree in relevant discipline.
v. In all these cases, candidates must also satisfy the requirements for matriculation viz: five credit passes at the GCE/WAEC SSCE/NECO SSCE/NABTEB Certificate examinations.
Candidtate are required to show evidence of application to JAMB

UTME REQUIREMENT
Candidates applying for admission are required to sit for the 2015/2016 UTME and obtain the prescribed cut-off marks. This is a statutory requirement for entry into Nigerian universities

AGE
Candidates who are above 22 years of age will not be deemed eligible for admission. Older candidates may be admitted under exceptional circumstances.

1. Prospective Students must possess the required WASC/GCE/NECO credits (Advanced level passes/first degrees for direct entry), be registered with JAMB, and pass the 2015 UTME.

Lead City University Post-UTME 2015: Date, Eligibility And Registration Details

Lead City University, Ibadan, a private University approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria, in 2005, hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into the following Academic Programmes of the University. The University has graduated six sets of students.

General Requirements
(JAMB/Direct Entry)
The minimum entry requirement for admission into Lead Ciity University is GCE O/L, SSCE/NABTEB/ NECO or equivalent credit level pass in five(5) subjects, including English Language, and Mathematics, obtained at not more than two sittings. Those with additional (Direct Entry) qualification such as University Diploma, NCE, IJMB, OND, GCE 'A' Level or equivalent professional qualification etc are to proceed from part II. However, candidates awaiting result may apply provided evidence of results would be available before resumption.

Conversion Programmes: Holders of University degrees, HND, ICAN, CIBN or equivalent qualifications may proceed from part III. The University conducts aptitude tests and interviews as part of the screening exercice for all candidates seeking admission into the University. Applicants are to obtain both JAMB and LCU screening forms. Additionally being an ICT driven institution, prospective candidates must have the capacity to operate in an ICT environment.

Federal University Wukari (FUW), Taraba State announces its 2015/2016 Post-UTME screening exercise into undergraduate degree programmes.

Eligibility: All candidates who have obtained the cut-off point of 180 in the 2015 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB)- Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and chose Federal University Wukari as first choice.

Date: Candidates for the Faculties of Pure and Applied Sciences and Agriculture and Life Sciences as well as all Direct Entry Candidates are to sit for the aptitude test on Saturday 1st August, 2015.

Candidates for the Faculty of Humanities, Management and Social Sciences are to sit for the aptitude test on Sunday 2nd August, 2015. Screening of candidates starts at 7:30am and ends 10:30am each day. The aptitude test commences by 11:00am each day.

JAMB Directs All Institutions To Conclude 2015 Admission Processes Before Oct 31st

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, Following the decisions reached in the policy meeting held today has mandated institutions to conclude all admission processes on or before October 31st, 2015.

It was also decided that the 2015/2016 admission would be 60:40 ratio in favour of science courses to Art courses and ratio 70:30 for courses in Technology and non technology courses respectively.

This simply implies that science candidates stand a better chance of getting admitted this year than their arts counterparts.

Similarly, candidates who chose technology related courses will stand a better chance of getting admitted than their counterparts going for non-technology course.

AAUA POST UTME Screening Exercise will hold from:

How To Apply

Candidates are to register on-line on the University’s website at www.aaua.edu.ng (the only official website of the University) between 13th July and 31st of July, 2015.

Candidates are to pay the sum of Five thousand Naira (N5, 000.00) only covering:

                     1) Administrative charges                                     2,000.00

                     2) On-line Application and results checking          2,000.00

                      3) Sample past questions (online)                        1,000.00

AAUA Post Utme 2015 Latest Update – Check

The management of the Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko has denied in totality the alleged rumour of the release of the post utme forms for the 2015/2016 academic session.

The Registrar of the institution,Mr Bamidele Olotu in an interview said the false information was not from him and warned the prospective applicants as well as the general public to be aware of unscrupulous elements who are there to extort unsuspecting individuals in the society.
The Registrar said the post utme exercise cannot be held,because the federal minister of Education has not been appointed by the new government.The minister,he said would always be the chairman of the committee that would decide the cut off marks for institutions and also post utme.
He said ” Let me say that the post utme form has not been released,people should disregard the rumour.The new government has not appointed the Minister of Education who will be the chairman of the committee that will decide the cut-off marks for the exercise”
Mr Bamidele Olotu however advised people to disregard the statement that was credited to him as it was false.

EKSU post utme form for UTME and Direct Entry (DE) applicants for 2015/2016 session is now available on sale. Interested applicants as well as members of the public are hereby informed.

The management of Ekiti State University (EKSU) had sometime last week announced that Post utme form for 2015 will be out by June 29 2015 which was Monday. As at Monday, two days ago, the form came out truly but was not advertised online though the announcement was made online.
Now that the form has been advertised online, we implore candidates that wish to apply for the screening which is a part of the 2015/2016 admissions exercise and those that have been anticipating the availability of the form to procure theirs now.

The management of Ekiti State University has released the details of the 2015 Post Utme exercise of the school. The details can be seen below.

Eligibility

1. The screening is open to candidates who choose Ekiti State University and scored 180 and above in the just concluded UTME.
2. The university will also consider those who did not choose the school but scored 180 and above.
3. All direct entry with not less than upper credit are also required to write the post utme.
4. Please note that the cut-off marks for LAW is 200 and above

Admission Requirements

EKSU will admit only candidates who has at least (5)five credit passes in NABTEB/WASSC/NECO/SSCE in relevant
subjects at not more than two sittings and a minimum of upper credit for direct entry candidates.
